Who knew that all you had to do was make an update on Facebook about a desire to find a backyard swing set that offers would come your way! A BIG THANK YOU to Jeff and his generosity to let us pick up this truckload of stuff you see here. What will it look like...well, we don't know yet. Jeff had never put it together either.
Gotta love two brothers staring at a big pile of wood. As you can see...the dogs have found interest in the new material sprawled out in the backyard.

By golly we have a standing playground! Let's keep going and get it ALL the way put together.
Did anyone else see the problem we were facing above?? How was Gavin going to get into that playhouse up there?? Uncle Ron was so very kind to make some custom steps last night so Gavin could have the ability to climb up and slide down all by himself! Thanks Ron! Great job!
They also crafted a back wall on the landing. It originally was open and had another set of rails to climb up and down. Someday we can pull that temporary wall down and maybe add a fireman's pole or a rock wall...but for now the third rail is a fabulous idea to help keep Gavin safe from falls.
The slide is a HIT!!
