Ice Cream for breakfast?

Absolutely!
This ice cream is made out of whole wheat oatmeal pancakes, a sliced up banana, and two gummi Cars vitamins.
We had also had a breakfast picnic in the living room.
Not a bite was left.

Oatmeal whole wheat pancakes
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
1 egg
2 T melted butter
2 T maple syrup
3/4 cup Quick Cooking Oatmeal
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
A bunch of shakes of cinammon
About two plops of vanilla. (probably =2T)
Handful of chocolate chips. (Because we put chocolate chips in all our pancakes)

I don't measure very well. In fact, the only part I really measure is the buttermilk, oatmeal, flour, baking powder and soda. The rest is jumped eyeballed.

Mix the wet ingredients together in one bowl and the dry in another. Then combine. It's OK to have lumps.
Toss in the choc chops and cook :)

**I saw a version of this recipe on the Weelicious website. The ice cream idea came from Pinterest, where I saw it done using egg and waffles**)
